I would like to share the marvelous and healing experience that Kristen presents through her personal massage therapy. Having had massages in the past, Kristen’s use of Himalayan singing bowls was an unfamiliar experience for me and one that I approached with some speculation. In all honestly I found it to be a very unique and personal experience. The vibrations made by the bowls can be felt through the entire body, which seem to release pent up energy initiating relaxation before she has even begun the hands-on massage. Speaking for myself, the most exclusive thing of having a massage by Kristen was more than just the muscle relaxation, but one of a more spiritual experience. I found that Kristen is quiet, meditative, non-judgmental, and truly cares about her clients. In this I felt very safe and as if she was passing on a blessing to me, which brought about a clearer thought and prayer life. Healing is so much more than just the body, but it is the mind, soul and Spirit as well, in which Kristen caringly caters to each avenue by connecting with her clients.

 I didn’t quite know what to expect at my first Vibrational Sound Therapy session but was very happy with the results. Kristen placed one or two bowls on strategic parts of my body and used the mallet to softly strike the bowls which created soft vibrations travelling through my body. It was a very comforting feeling. Before I knew it I was in a deep state of relaxation. I don’t think I’ve ever felt this relaxed, and I am typically a very relaxed person. My second session centered on my hands/arms to try and address some carpel tunnel issues I have experienced. My discomfort was significantly reduced after this session. I will be back to continue the work on my hands. I would highly recommend a session to anyone. I think you will be surprised at how good you feel after a session.

Kristen is an amazing Vibrational Sound Therapist.  The sound and vibration together helped me achieve a deep relaxation state of mind and body.  And the pain I was having in my knee went away too.  This is a great modality to add to one's self-care regimen.
